Payment Details
For all bookings we require a 50% deposit when booking, with the remaining 50% taken 7 days prior to arrival. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Additional extras such as dinner and drinks are paid for on departure.
Cancellation
Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival (your deposit will be refunded). If you cancel within 7 days of arrival your booking is charged in full.
Arrival & Departure
Check in time is after 3pm and before 10pm, please let us know if you will be arriving later. Check out is 10:30am.
Damages and Breakages
You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you or any member of your party cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur. We do not normally charge for minor breakages, but we reserve the right to make a charge to the guests' credit/debit card.We may send you an invoice for repair or making good if the damage or breakage is significant. We may make an additional charge if you did not report this.
Smoking is not permitted within the building by law. If guests smoke in the bedrooms, there will be a 2 night charge payable to cover cleaning costs and loss of income from not being able to re-let the room immediately.
Liability
We do not accept liability for damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house, unless you have booked on a self-catered exclusive use basis. Pets are welcome in the Log Cabin. Pets incur an additional cleaning fee.
