Check in
You can check in from 3.00pm and need to vacate the room by 10.30am

Booking Terms
On confirmation of booking a deposit of £10% will be required (online booking will automatically take this). Alternatively credit card details can be given to hold the booking, however, nothing will be deducted from the credit card account.
Cancellation
If cancellation is received less that 48 hours before arrival date, the first nights accommodation will be charged.
Payment
Your account may be settled by Cash, most debit and credit cards (we do charge a 2.5% on credit cards) or a cheque. Sorry we do not take American Express or Diners cards.
Damage
We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the house itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the cost incurred. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms or anywhere in the house; charges will be made if this is not adhered to.
