Booking Terms

Confirmation

On confirmation of booking, a deposit of 10% will be required. Credit card details will be required to secure a room booking. A deposit of £100 per week will be required for log cabin bookings, balance to be paid 2 weeks before arrival - reminders will be sent. Refunds will only be given if re-let.

Cancellation

If cancellation is received less than 48 hours before arrival date, the first night's accommodation is charged.

Payment

Your account may be settled by Cash or most debit and credit cards (we do charge 2.5% on credit cards). Sorry no cheques, American Express or Diners Club card accepted.

Children

We do not have family rooms, some rooms can accommodate a travel cot or a put-up bed, an extra charge will be made for the put up bed.

Smoking

All bedrooms, public areas and log cabin are non-smoking areas. Any areas tainted by residual tobacco odours will be specially cleaned and aired over a 24-hour period and all charges resulting from this, both actual and loss of business (at prevailing B&B rates) will be charged to the credit card given to secure the booking.

Damage

We reserve the right to charge for the replacement, cleaning or repair of any item(s) belonging to the guest house, or the fabric of the house itself, damaged either wilfully or because reasonable precautions have not been taken. In this event your credit card will be charged without prior consent being required against invoice(s) that will be provided for the cost incurred. Smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms or anywhere in the house; charges will be made if this is not adhered to.
