Booking Terms

Confirmation

On confirmation of booking, a deposit of 10% will be required.   Alternatively credit card details can be given to hold the booking.   However, nothing will be deducted from the credit card prior to arrival.

Cancellation

If cancellation is received less than 48 hours before arrival date, the first night's accommodation is charged.

Payment

Your account may be settled by Cash, most debit and credit cards (we do charge 2.5% on credit cards) or cheque. Sorry no American Express or Diners Club card accepted.

Children

We do not have family rooms; however we are happy for a small child to share the adult’s bedroom. Cots and high chairs can be available on request. A charge of £10per night will be made for children aged 5 -10 years
